This Privacy Policy applies to SmartAdminStudio.com and SmartAdmin.Studio (together with the associated software application and services, the "Service"), owned and operated by QREW, LLC d/b/a Smart Admin Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects and uses the personal information you provide. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. The use of information collected through the Service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Service for which you have engaged the Company. With respect to personal data received or transferred, the Company is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, the Company may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Collection of your Personal Information
We value your trust. In order to honor that trust, the Company adheres to ethical standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding any information you provide.
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("personal information"). For example, when you register for a subscription, we will need your contact information: name, email address, and when you provide payment information for a subscription, we will need additional information: address and credit card information for billing. We will retain your name and email address in a user profile on our payment processing system, stripe.com. As is true of most websites, we gather site-visitation data automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
Separately, in order to provide the Service itself, the Service connects to your organization's Smartsheet account using a Smartsheet API key that you provide, and reads Smartsheet account, user, and object-level metadata (such as sheet, report, and workspace names, ownership, sharing settings, and activity timestamps). The Service does not access, copy, store, or display the contents of the cells, rows, or attachments within your Smartsheet sheets, reports, or dashboards. Your Smartsheet API key is stored in encrypted form and used solely to provide the Service to you. See our Security page for more detail.
Use of your Personal Information and Other Data
Personal Information: The Company uses the personal information you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We use your personal information solely to provide our services to you. We also use your personal information together with other personally non-identifiable information to help us better understand our users and to improve the content and functionality of the site. In order to create an account with our site, we require you to provide your name and email address. We will only use your profile information to personalize and improve your experience with our platform.
Smartsheet Metadata: We use the Smartsheet metadata your organization's API key gives us access to solely to provide the governance, inventory, and monitoring features of the Service to your organization. We do not use your Smartsheet metadata to train models or share it with other customers.
Non-Identifiable Data: We use our log files to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
Disclosure of your Personal Information
We consider your personal information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal information with certain third parties, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. Your personal information may be transferred to a buyer or other successor in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event in which personal information held by us about our site users is among the assets transferred.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: We sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. For instance, we use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. Control of your Personal Information

If you revoke your Smartsheet API key or close your account, we will delete or de-identify cached Smartsheet metadata within a commercially reasonable period, except as required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Security of your Personal Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number or Smartsheet API key) on our site, your information is sent over an authenticated and encrypted connection. We store your personal information and API keys only on servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities, and use a variety of technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Nonetheless, no communication via the Internet can ever be 100% secure. Enforcement and Dispute Resolution
We will conduct compliance audits of our relevant privacy practices to verify compliance with this policy. Any employee of the Company that we determine has acted in violation of this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Any questions or concerns regarding our use or disclosure of Personal Data should be addressed to Customer Support at the address given below. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding the use and disclosure of Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this policy. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by the Company, please visit the DPA (Data Protection Agency) in your jurisdiction for more information and to file a complaint.
Disclosures Specific to the Platform
With regard to environments administered by enterprise customers of the Company, the Company collects Smartsheet metadata under the direction of its enterprise customers, and has no direct relationship with the individual employees of such enterprise customers whose personal data (such as names and email addresses appearing in Smartsheet sharing and ownership metadata) we collect and process. If you are an employee of one of our Customers and would no longer like your Smartsheet activity to be visible within that Customer's use of the Service, please contact your employer. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our enterprise customers.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customer. Thereafter, the Company will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
